Hello! In today's article we are going to discuss some news regarding WoW Classic, and what you can expect from us here at MythicBoost. There is not a lot of information to cover, however there is some important news we want to discuss, moving forward with the release of WoW Classic we will be offering a new "wow classic carry" section, in which we will hope to meet all of your WoW Classic boost needs.
First things first, when can we expect to be seeing the release of WoW Classic. Well the date is set for August 26th, so what does this mean for us? As we are sure most of you know, things are not as easy in WoW Classic, so this will result in a higher demand of low level packages, however our teams will need adequate time to properly arm themselves in order to efficiently and correctly boost you. Now there is no saying what the future holds, so we can not simply say this early when we will be ready, so for any further questions on that topic, please speak with any of our customer support staff, as they are available 24/7.
What kind of stuff changes in WoW Classic? Now if you have not played WoW Classic back when you were younger, things may appear as a shock to some of you. However for many of you veteran players, things will generally stay the same as they were back in the day. Although there will be some QoL (quality of life) changes made to the game, as some of the issues back in the day are just not practical. To say specifically what will be different now, is just a little bit too early, however will keep you updated at all times on all WoW Classic news!
PvP will be introduced into WoW Classic which should come as no surprise, the biggest thing of pvp being the Honor System, which unlocks you various rewards. There are a total of 14 ranks for both factions. Each rank requires a minimum amount of Rating Points to be calculated every week, then calculated in comparison to other players on your server.
Each rank grants access to different rewards, from PvP consumables to Epic Mounts that do not require Epic Riding Skill and Epic pieces of gear at the highest ranks. Each rank is also applied to your character as a Title. Through the PvP system, each class has access to 2 different sets, with pieces that can be purchased from PvP vendors once you reach a certain PvP rank.
Each set contains a total of 6 pieces, with set bonuses being awarded at 2-pieces, 4-pieces and 6-pieces. 2-piece and 6-piece bonuses are generic stat increases such as Stamina, Attack Power or Spell Power, while the 4-piece bonuses are improvements to some of your class spells.
As these sets are built around PvP combat, their stats are more generic than other dedicated sets such as the raiding tiers, but their generic stats makes these sets a great option for more hybrid specializations that don't have access to dedicated sets in raiding, such as DPS specializations for classes like Paladins and Druids.
World PvP will be available starting at launch, with the PvP Honor System coming in Phase 2. As there will be no Battlegrounds until Phase 3 all of your Honorable Kills will be farmed out in the world.
Warsong Gulch is available for level 10 and higher players to queue up. It is a 10v10 capture the flag type game mode with one spawn point for each team and certain buffs to help for certain situations. You can expect us to have a WoW Classic carry section, for all the things listed above.
Let us talk about the communities opinion so far on WoW Classic, as many people are very opinionated about the release of WoW Classic. Many people are happy about the release of WoW Classic, because it brings them back to their childhood and is a very nostalgic experience, I personally still remember just being a little kid leveling my orc shaman punching hogs to death, because I had no idea what I was doing, I had no idea how much I would enjoy the game, the friendships I would make, and how big the game would grow to be. I am very ecstatic about this, as are many others. The problem a lot of people are having, is that they do not want it to be changed and or updated in anyway, if they are going to release it they simply just want it to be exactly how it was back in the day, for example, it used to take somewhere around 5 seconds just to mount up, and people still want that to this day, and they want the pure grind on how long it took to acquire certain things and levels etcetera. The idea behind everything taking so long in WoW Vanilla, was because the game obviously is membership based, and they want everything to take very long so you keep coming back and buying another month of membership, just the 5-8 seconds it took to mount up, adds up to an absurd amount of time just doing that one action over a long period of time, just mounting up 10 times took an entire minute, just think about how many times you mount up throughout an entire month, and that is just one example of many!
A lot of people do not just want an exact replica of WoW Vanilla, but they want a lot of the old aspect of the game, they essentially want to hit the reset button, and allow the development team to back and right their wrongs, for example do not add flying, garrisons, lfr, achieves, tokens, heirlooms. The list can honestly go on for a very long time, there was clearly a lot of good stuff added over the years, but there was also a lot bad stuff added over the years that drove away a lot of the old player base, and ruined the game. But it can also be argued that these changes brought in a new player base, up for debate a larger player base, and made the game better.
That is going to do it for this article everyone, there has not been a ton of news revolving around WoW Classic that is important enough to discuss. Thank you for reading this article!
What do you guys think? Should WoW Classic be an exact carbon copy, or should it have the good bits adjusted to a modern day game.
